Joby Carlson is an accomplished corporate executive who has led and advised energy, sustainability and ESG teams at renowned companies across multiple sectors. He currently serves as the Vice President of Sustainable Operations at Zoetis, the world’s leading animal health company.
Prior to joining Zoetis, Carlson led his own consulting firm after serving as the first Chief Sustainability Officer and Vice President of ESG at 7-Eleven and spending a decade within Walmart. His leadership has resulted in high-impact investments in energy efficiency, renewables, vehicle electrification, and supplier engagement, resulting in substantial shared-value outcomes contributing to a more just and sustainable future.
